Delivery Orca Board

Once you have placed an order, and your item is listed as in-stock, we will dispatch on the next working day. We minimise the amount of paper we send with your order to reduce waste but should you need a copy of your order confirmation, please get in touch with us via email.

Orders received on a Saturday, Sunday or Bank Holiday will be dispatched on the next working day.

Personalised robes take between 5-7 days before dispatching.


Deliveries have been impacted by COVID-19 but we'll keep you updated every step of the way.


Returns Orca Board

If for whatever reason you are not satisfied with our product, we will accept return no questions asked within 30 days of the delivery date. Returned items must be in original packaging, clean, undamaged, unused and in resalable condition (including original packaging).

The Orca Board comes with a 1 year warranty as standard.

Embroidered items cannot be returned, this does not affect your statutory rights.

All payments are 100% secure and we never hold any credit / debit card details.

Card payments are processed by the global secure payment provider WIX.
